Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ID Grader account (developed by Into the Dream Studios LLC) and all associated data at any time. This page describes both how to do it and what data is removed.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your ID Grader account to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account”. We confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You may also request deletion in writing to: Into the Dream Studios LLC, ATTN: Account Deletion, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our production systems:
- Your account record (email address, display name, username, profile metadata).
- All uploaded card photos (front and back images) stored in our object storage.
- Your scan history, AI grading results, market value lookups, and any notes attached to your scans.
- Your library sharing grants (incoming and outgoing).
- Your remaining scan credit balance and any in-app preferences.
What data may be retained
A small amount of data is retained for legal, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes:
- Purchase records. Order, transaction, and refund information related to in-app purchases is retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws. These records do not contain your card photos and are not used to identify you in any product surface after deletion.
- Anonymized server logs. Aggregate request and error logs that no longer contain your account identifier may be retained for up to 90 days to maintain service security and reliability.
- Backups. Encrypted database backups are rotated and overwritten on a 35-day cycle. Once a backup containing your data is overwritten, that copy is gone.
Partial deletion
If you would like to delete only specific scans or revoke specific library shares without closing your account, you can do this from inside the ID Grader app: open the scan and choose “Delete scan”, or open Sharing settings and revoke any active share. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to delete specific items on your behalf.
