Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Into the Dream Studios LLC ("Into the Dream Studios", "we", "us"), including the ID Grader mobile and web application (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services, and at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The ID Grader Service

ID Grader analyzes photographs of trading cards you submit and returns an estimated condition grade, sub-grades, detected defects, and an estimated market value. Grades and valuations produced by ID Grader are informational estimates only. They are not appraisals, authentications, or guarantees, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA, Beckett (BGS), CGC, SGC, or any other grading company. You should not rely on them for sale, purchase, insurance, tax, or legal decisions.

4. Paid Features, Credits & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment, including packs of scan credits purchased through Stripe on the web or through Google Play Billing on Android. Prices, credit counts, and any bonus credits are shown at the point of purchase. All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services;
• use automated systems (bots, scrapers, headless clients) to generate scans, create accounts, or circumvent rate limits;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit;
• attempt to breach the security of the Services or disrupt other users.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Into the Dream Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze those photos solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (other than User Content) are and remain the property of Into the Dream Studios and its licensors. The Into the Dream Studios and ID Grader names and logos are trademarks of Into the Dream Studios LLC.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services use third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Google Play Billing (in-app purchases), Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Anthropic (AI grading), eBay and pricing providers (market data), and Resend (email). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GRADES, VALUATIONS, OR CARD IDENTIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTO THE DREAM STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST VALUE OF A GRADED CARD. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to that venue.
